These terms apply to all services of Midcoast FPG, particularly for consulting services and further education offers in the field of professional qualifications. Deviating terms of the user are not valid.
These terms govern the use of our services and the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. By using our offers, you accept the following provisions.
These terms apply to all services of Midcoast FPG, particularly for consulting services and further education offers in the field of professional qualifications. Deviating terms of the user are not valid.
We provide our services to the best of our knowledge and belief. The content of our courses and consultations serves professional development and is based on current scientific findings. Specific career outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information about their person and qualifications. Misuse of the platform, particularly the sharing of access data with third parties, is prohibited.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. In the event of serious breaches of duty, termination without notice is possible. Services already provided will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change these terms if necessary. We will inform you of significant changes by email. If the user does not object within four weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted.
